The most critical component of Industry 4.0, the new face machinery-manufacturing industry sector, is metal additive manufacturing. Laser-based manufacturing techniques are dominant for today. In this study, alloy studied Ti-6Al-4V, one essential Ti alloys used in more than 50% all commercial applications. Ti-6Al-4V parts produced by biomedical, aerospace-defence industry, and industrial areas due to their high strength, fatigue behaviour, fracture good corrosion resistance, biocompatibility. samples Ti6Al4V were with different parameters direct laser sintering (DMLS) method, which powder bed fusion methods. Then, surface qualities processed milling wire EDM. effects machining operations on roughness investigated compared obtained from DMLS method. After optical microscope images taken, physical morphology examined. Although mechanical properties manufactured methods higher, presented higher machinability lower forces, roughness. This explained that highly dependent rapid cooling material. Results show has been possible using machining.
